Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, QL Shipping Containers reserves the right to decline any return requests.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@qlshippingcontainers.com. Provide your order number, details about the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by QL Shipping Containers or involves a defective product.
Inspection and Approval Process
All returned items will undergo inspection upon arrival. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed promptly. QL Shipping Containers reserves the right to reject returns that fail to meet the eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to appear in your account.
